The old coastguard station, located just south of Inveraray on the A83, has become available to let.  The map below shows the exact location of the site, and the plan in the shows the extent of the area being leased outlined in red.

The site includes a building and surrounding land which presents an excellent opportunity for a variety of uses including a storage unit or workshop.   The building is wind and water-tight and has an electricity supply.  It does not have a water supply.

The monthly rental for the site is £275.00.
