Travel directions

From Scarinish ferry terminal, proceed along Pier Road until you reach the junction with the B8065 road.  Turn right here and continue on this road for approximately 0.75 miles before turning right onto the B8069 towards Caoles at the pink house.  Follow the road beyond the Lodge Hotel and take the next track on the left, over a cattle grid, to access the plot.  The croft is referred to as Lodge Farm and there may be roadside signs for this.


The access track is not included in the sale.  A right of pedestrian and vehicular access will be included in the sale along with any other necessary servitudes for connection of services which cannot reasonable be contained within the plot.  Argyll Estates owns the immediately surrounding croft land and anticipates that it will be possible to install all services without the need for involvement of any other landowners.
