Shooting
We offer group snipe and geese shooting on the beautiful Isle of Tiree, the most westerly island of the Inner Hebrides. We offer four-night wild goose and/or snipe shooting breaks, fully catered staying at the magnificent Island House for groups of 6-8 guns. The trip includes three days of shooting, which our experienced keeper, Peter, will guide you on to ensure you have what is sure to be a truly unique experience. Enjoy a morning sitting out for greylag geese, returning to a hearty breakfast prepared by our wonderful cook, before heading back out in the afternoon and/or evening to different areas of water.
Shooting in Tiree in the winter months is not for the faint hearted, although reportedly the sunniest place in the UK, Tiree is also renowned for its wind (and it’s not uncommon to have plenty rain!) so outdoor sport can be hard going. All quarry is wild so we cannot guarantee good bags, but with more than 18 years of shooting experience on Tiree, you will be in good hands with Peter.
In 2021 we welcomed GunsOnPegs to Tiree to experience a week’s shooting with Peter. You can read their review of their shooting experience with us here: https://www.scribehound.com/shoot-reviews/s/shoot-review/a-hebridean-wild-goose-chase .
We currently have an extensive waiting list for our Tiree shooting trips. Should you wish to be added to the waiting list please complete the enquiries form below.
